respected sir i have been cheated and fraud has been done to me by phonskart.in mobile company. i have seen the advertisement of * Speria mobiles by phoneskart mobile phone company on youtube.com on **th october. which still today on **st october **** appears on youtube video page on its advertising space top on the right hand side. unfortunately i didn't see the reviews of this phoneskart.in mobile company on google before purchasing this phone on same day. i had chosen to do instant payment by debit card for heavy discount offer & purchased this mobile ( Speria P** * Inch Screen Notch Smartphone *GB **GB Octa-Core Smartphone ****mAh ********* **MP+*.*MP *G Telephone (EZE******). ) on **th october evening

but later when my wife insisted to do a google search for the reviews of this phoneskart company i was shocked and i was in panic to see there many of the complaints submitted by the people who were suffering as victims of phoneskart.in (https://www.google.com/search?q=phoneskart+customer+care+number&rlz=*C*GCEU_enIN***IN***&oq=phoneskart&aqs=chrome.*.**i**j*l*j**i**l*.*****j*j*&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-* ). but next day on **th october i got the call from the customer care no. of phoneskart she spoke to me on this mobile no.********** and she also gave me this another phone no.********** which is not being answered till now. but to my surprise i received a call from a reputed courier company delivery boy on sunday **th october **** i received a 'ANDROID' named cheap mobile phone ( WORTH NOT MORE THAN Rs. *** to **** china made) which was very disgusting to see they send me this phone instead of my originally ordered mobile phone Speria P** * Inch Screen Notch Smartphone *GB **GB Octa-Core Smartphone ****mAh ********* **MP+*.*MP *G Telephone (EZE******) so now i want justice for myself by getting my refund money of Rs.****/- from this "FRAUD" MOBILE PHONE COMPANY CALLED AS PHONESKART.IN sir please help me i'm a poor man. im surviving with my monthly earning of only Rs.***** pm with my family. please consider my complaint seriously and help me get back my money as soon as possible. thanks & regards
