Agarwal expert packers and movers chd - Fraud done by the company

I booked this Agarwal movers relocation for moving my goods and car from Pune to Nagpur. They gave me a quotation of Rs ***** for goods and **** for the car. For goods, they told insurance of *% whereas no one told us about insurance of the car. Secondly, when they sent me the bill it included **** service charge for goods and *** for car whereas nothing was there in the estimate. Also insurance of **** for the car they told me which was nowhere in the estimate. Later on, they told me to get ready for delivery on **th May **** at * pm. I was in contact with the person since morning and late in the afternoon, they stopped picking up the call. Later on, the driver of the goods carrier truck called me and said I will not deliver your items as they have not paid me whereas I have already made the payment of ***** on * am **th May.
They mentally harassed me for the delivery of the goods. Also, I paid for unpacking but they are not unpacking the items now. I have a little baby due to which I cannot do unpacking and arrangement of the items and now these freaky people are not responding properly.
Since the morning of **th, they are saying me "madam, they will come in half an hour etc but its almost *days. No one has come.
I just like an idiot paid them this huge amount. Moreover, in transit, my bed got damaged and they are not paying look at that even though it was in insurance amount which I paid to them. Also not even telling me the date by which my car will be delivered and forcing me to pay the amount of car ****+**** of the car at the earliest. Also not give me the insurance cover note of both car and my goods for which I paid to them approx *****.
