Agarwal expert packers and movers chd - Luggage delivered damages

Details of Complaint Being serving in Army I got transferred from Chandimandir to Ranchi.   So I hired Agarwal Expert packers and movers CHD for transport luggage     I had booked my house hold luggage from Agarwal Expert Packers and movers from Chandimandir to Ranchi on ** March **. They promise me to deliver luggage on ** April **** but they did not deliver the luggage on ** April ****. When I called them after that they transport luggage from Zirakpur on **  April ****. They delivered the luggage on ** April **** at **** PM.  I asked delivery boys to open the luggage to check the luggage condition then they called to open the luggage yourself and called the company about any damage. When I opened the luggage it is very bad condition list of broken  / damaged items is as under Sofa-cum-bed was brokenbike got dent and back light brokenFridge is also got dent from back side Then I called Agarwal expert packers and movers CHD they asked me to WhatsApp us the photos of the broken /damaged luggage. Then I send the picks to them. They agreed to repair the items. After that they send local Chap from Ranchi to Inspect the broken / Damaged luggage. After that I called them they are making excuses that we did not repair the luggage. Then I called them to give me a copy of insurance of the luggage but they did not provide it to me.
