I joined Indiamart and they offered me a plan that any ** transaction pay with India mart is free. On **/**/** Indiamart give me a demo of ** Rs. and this is credited in my account fully. After that, we take one payment of ***** Rs one of my customers. Indiamart deduct *** Rs from my payment. When I asked Indiamart team says this is chargeable. I feel so harassed mentally. They say whatever you do this amount is not refundable. Kindly help me.
