Respected Sir/Ma' am On *nd November ****, I noticed that some of the keys of my laptop, which is a Lenovo Yoga ***, are not working properly even after some regular drivers update. Please find below the sequence of events: SEQUENCE E TIMELINE (TENTATIVE) RAMA INFOTECH MY REMARKS * ** November **** I visited Rama Infotech (Lenovo Exclusive Store) & share my issue that some of my keys were not working properly , * he said no issues & rest assured for correct solution as we are authorised partner of Lenovo. * He told me that we will replace the keyboard , but same time he said that I need to replace the panel also for replacing keyboard & it will be charged Rs. *,***/- Although I was not convinced with the logic of replacing panel but he said its mandatory for replacing keyboard. Then I agreed for the same & handover the laptop to him with a target date of ** Nov. ** * ** November **** He called me & told that keyboard replacement is not required as it’s a software upgrade problem & he need to fully upgrade the software. I told him that I will come & discuss. * ** November **** When I reach to the store, I've noticed that there's a crack in screen also which was done by him or engineer ( I don't know), He said for upgrade of software I've to copy all your data in my hard disk and upgrade then again will have to transfer this data to your laptop and it will need again some days. * ** November **** He told that he will replace the screen with new original screen. Though there is already * faults(screen crack and he found the issue was not in the keyboard but still he replaced the panel. but I was again ready for this because I was not having any choice as i wanted my complete laptop. * ** November **** In between I was in touch with him for updates & exchange to know that status. * ** November **** He called me & told that his hard disk is crashed and all my data which was around *** GB had lost and if you want to get it back, it will take another ** days. Even after this, EVEN AFTER THIS MISTAKE, I calmly said that ok you send my laptop where you want to send to recover the data, no matter how much it costs; I will pay, but please get back my data. * ** December **** I called him multiple times on *st & *nd Dec. to check the status of my laptop, He said the data recovery is not possible and all my data (Crucial College Projects, Family Photos & My Financial Documents) was lost. ** ** December **** He said now he can’t do anything & can’t recover the data & I can recollect my laptop. So it’s my humble request please look into same & help me get my laptop with all my data. Else it will cost me loss of studies for * semester (very important college documents /loss of important projects) & loss of very precious personal data.

I purchased Lenovo Laptop from Official website.But they monitor stopped working after * week . They sent replacement and that replacment also stopped working. They keep on sending Faulty product. I would like a refund....
