Club Mahindra Holidays - Fraud done by Club Mahindra

Club Mahindra Sales person Ankit Saxena from Delhi office ********** had done with us when he sold us the holiday package by giving us all wrong information to us at ** PM in the night to sign documents of just acceptance as a member and nothing related to its terms & conditions. He just made us digitally sign without showing us all the other pages, and he took our digital signature only on the page that he showed to us, of this document. There was no hard copy given to us & no soft copy of the same in the email until we asked for it in the month of April ****. This document does not have Company Stamp and is not on the letter head of Club Mahindra. This document has been forged after our signatures were taken by ANKIT SAXENA and we were not aware of what was written in it. In this document, all the information was being feeded wrongly, which we were not aware of until we got this document on email in the month of April **** when we fought and asked for it. Infact Club Mahindra executive from Chennai has agreed that this document does not have a Company stamp on it, nor it is on the Letter Head of the Company, hence it is all forged by Ankit Saxena. Firstly, we never used a Credit Card for down payment but the document mentions Credit Card, we had used a Debit Card. Secondly, the amount of down payment is mentioned as ***** whereas we had paid ***** in one go to Ankit Saxena from our Debit Card. At the time of selling the package, he told us that I am putting your card on EMI plan as a formality only and you withdraw your card details before your EMI is due in April ****. And also that we can enjoy *+* nights of Club Mahindra & RCI with this down payment. He never told us that if we do not pay the EMI in April ****, we will not be able to book any holiday and all our nights would lapse. In the package, he promised us * Club Mahindra nights & * RCI nights valid untill November **** on a one-time down payment of ***** rs. He had registered our card details on the CM website for all EMI payments and told us that this is just a formality and if you dont want to continue membership, you can remove your card anytime. He also promised that we will receive ***** as cash back within ** days from Club Mahindra, but we had to really struggle & fight with CM to get that money after * months of membership. He had lied to us about this amount also as ***** but the amount that we had to get as cash back was Rs. *****. When we called up RCI after * months of taking this membership, to make our holiday bookings, they told us that they don't have any information about us as Club Mahindra members. We again had to fight with Club Mahindra because they had not sent out details to RCI because of which they denied our bookings. Now when RCI received our details after * months of taking CM membership, none of our chosen locations had booking availability for the next * year and they also told us that our membership does not allow us to book all locations and we are not eligible for all location holidays. When we approached the CM about this issue, they said that we don't take responsibility between RCI & Customer. They have to deal directly, the why do you guys advertise boldly about International holidays in all locations through RCI. This is mis-advertising and FRAUD. After fighting between Club Mahindra and RCI for * month completely, Club Mahindra completely denied taking any responsibility of this issue. We then approached the Sales Rep Ankit Saxena and he continued to pass time on this issue for another ** days. After ** more days, he told us that now you cannot use any holidays because we have become overdue in our EMI payment to Club Mahindra. So now we have paid CM money and all of it has gone waste and Ankit Saxena CME ID ***** has threatened and misbehaved with us that 'we can do whatever we want but nothing can be done now'. WE DEMAND OUR FULL MONEY REFUNDED WITH INTEREST AND COMPENSATION OF THE MENTAL HARASSMENT CAUSED ALONG WITH TERMINATION OF ANKIT SAXENA IMMEDIATELY FROM CLUB MAHINDRA.
