Meesho App - Fraud Customer product missing and damage

I am new seller on Meesho Platform. My product is electrical wires for home/industrial purpose.
I received my *st * orders *- for *.* PVC ** meter single core wire and another- for *.* PVC ** meter single core wire from customer name were different and address was some what similar- Rajasthan
Both my orders dispatched on ** April **** and was delivered on ** April ****. Both orders were returned on same day - **th April ****. During this time we were unaware that return was happening and we had went some urgent work to my native place. The order was given back on **th April ****, where it was received by my neighbor as we were out of town. After coming back after almost * weeks we found the packaging was opened by customer and product- ** meter was cut down and only small piece of wire was send back in both the packages.

I told this incident by calling them, but they told within * days we have to complain for claims. But as we were out of town we were not able to do so. Then they asked did you apply for holiday, i was new customer i didnt know this part and i was unaware about it. But still they should had taken my complain as exceptional and should take action and refund my hard money.

These were my first order and filling cheated by customer and even Messho who doesnt verify the customer authenticity.

I want the my full refund for these two products from Messho this is what i need.
