Complaint Against Rapido Bike Service
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to register a formal complaint against Rapido, a bike-sharing service operating in [Santosh Nagar Hyderabad/Telangana]. On **th of Oct ****, I booked a ride through the Rapido app. The assigned rider's name was Hari Babu. While booking my ride, I also placed an online food order through the app, which involved a payment of INR ***.
To my dismay, Hari Babu abruptly canceled the ride, leaving me stranded and without the ordered food. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. My attempts to seek assistance from Rapido's support team proved to be equally frustrating. When I contacted their support line, the telecaller I spoke to seemed unable to comprehend the issue and was unhelpful.
I believe this incident reflects a severe lapse in Rapido's services and its handling of customer concerns. It has left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied with their service.
I kindly request that the Consumer Court Complaint Cell investigates this matter thoroughly and takes appropriate action against Rapido for their negligence, substandard service, and the inconvenience and financial loss I have experienced.
I have attached relevant documents, including the ride booking details, food order receipt, and any communication with Rapido's support team, as evidence of my complaint.
