Westin Inn and Suites Pvt Ltd - Fraud by Westin Inn and Suites Pvt Ltd False Promises and denying refund
ANNU SINGH filed complaint against Westin Inn and Suites Pvt Ltd on Feb 28, 2023
WESTIN INN & SUITES PVT LTD , promised that they would book any hotel of my choice without any charges, and if I was dissatisfied after first service, I could receive a full refund without any questions. They made us pay without handing over the legal documents and then mentioned stuff in legal documents which was against what was discussed. Now they are denying from refunding the amount too.
