Westin Inn And Suites Pvt Ltd - False promises made harassment even after full payment in advance violating agreement clause

I am really frustrated with Westin reservation and customer support team. They are singing in their own tune. To support my claim I am describing as below:

*.) They denied to use my bonus week of * days though it was in validity with unknown reasons which is nowhere mentioned in the contract agreement neither reminded or told to me in any medium.
*.) to support my above statement, for every query, every booking and anything, they strictly adhere to the contract agreement. They rudely refuse any small deviation to that contract. My question is that them why I will not adhere to the contract agreement made by you for your benefit only.
*.) the trust on which I have signed the agreement on verbal confirmation from your executive is now vanished I.e. terms are no where near to what is promised during contract signing.
*.) No charges against breakfast is mentioned in the agreeement not it was communicated verbally. In what category these charges comes.
*.) As per clause no. * of the agreement, I have to pay AMC changes for every *D*N before availaing the same. You team is asking me to pay * year charges at once whereas no reminder or intimation sent to me in this regard in the past. Also. There is still * month left for completion of * years them I am asked to pay *rd year AMC amount too.
*.) Kodaikanal is showing active at your website but your team communicated that it’s inactive due to internal issues best known to them or GOD.
*. Why can’t I got the chance for stay in resorts and suites mentioned on websites rather accommodated in different less priced accommodation. You can check the rates online.
*. For flight tickets on **% discount, they server always have some internal issues, again, best known to them or GOD.
*. On website, it’s clearly mentioned that on request you can arrange cabs/taxi during stay but on asking, your team straight away denying.
