Grievance Details : Hi sir/ma'am My name is Rashmi Chaudhari . My registered mobile number with OYO hotels is Message +** ***** ***** and Booking Id : J*RB**** I made a booking for OYO hotel named " OYO ***** Hotel gayatri palace" in Agra, Uttar Pradesh - ******, for today **th June, ****, as I had exam centre there in agra, Everything was fine, I booked a room on the *th june, also talked to manager yesterday to ask if it is confirmed they assured me it's confirmed. but today when I checked the status and talked with hotel management, I saw, it is showing that I have already checked in and checked out in the morning today before even me reaching in agra, I was still in delhi and they have checked in and checked out on my booking. When I talked with the manager he said person has already came and did it himself, then after sometime when I again called them to help for the same they are saying that my booking has been transferred to another OYO hotel which is far away from my examination centre, also when I called that another hotel management the number was wrong given by previous hotel manager to me then I myself googled the number and called them and they said there is no such booking like that... Wtf is going on? Do I only have this to do, I have exams tomorrow and is this the thing I deserve after paying for the hotel and booking it * days before the date.... but If it is the case, that they are telling me a person has already checked in and out, can they show me the identity proof of mine? can they show me any CCTV footage of a person reaching from my booking ID? Or my signature for entering into the room? Anything to support their words? It's completely fraud, where am I supposed to go, I booked hotel one day before so I can go and study little bit tension free in hotel and get ready for exams tomorrow, but what they have done have left me helpless, this is seriously stressful for me before one day of exam and affecting my mental stability. I request the authority to help me for the same and I don't have much time for it. I wrote this yesterday... continuing today.... after all this when I reached at hotel I saw its not only me having thus problem, that hotel was doing this with almost everyone who booked online from oyo and they are doing it on purpose so they can charge higher and benefit from students, they are completely performing unfair trade practices, this have literally destroyed my mental health while having exams today... in the end I had to pay them extra so I can spend my night, we were three girls who came from so far just for the exams and we are facing this type of things a day before examination... also they haven't yet refunded my online booking amount... I need all this to be compensate properly and a strict action against oyo and the hotel, so that other do not have to go through the same...
