Hdfc - Fraud by HDFC

My hdfc loan No.*********. I Sanjay K Raniga, had Transferred Home Loan from dhfl to hdfc after verbal confirmation from hdfc executive for benefit of PMAY Scheme ( Pradhan Mantri Avas yojna subsidy) I had sent many emails to hdfc customer care to confirm the benefit of PMAY but they had not given any reply. Only verbal conversation was done & they assured me verbally that I will get the benefit of PMAY. I had received a mail to confirm the loan application that time I had mentioned that process the loan only if get PMAY benefit ( Mail copy can be provided) then also they had processed the loan. After that, I had applied for the PMAY subsidy and they accepted the application form. Now after * years when I ask for status, they say that the refinance case is not eligible for PMAY. When I ask them to show the reason they say that they can not provide. They are also not showing any proof that they had submitted my application or not. Now the matter is still hdfc not taking my complaint after many email followups. They only say that refinance cases are not eligible. As per my knowledge, if it's not possible in refinancing case than hdfc had done Fraud with me as I had clearly mentioned on mail to process loan only if subsidy benefit available than why they had process the loan & also accepted the application? All the documents related to this can be provided if required. You are requested to look into this & resolve the matter as soon as possible.
