I had invested *** amount with ** trades as opening amount in October. They convinced me to deposit * times the initial amount with the example that I will not be able to do any kind of transactions with initial amount. The account manager who was assigned t me was regularly following up till the time I deposited money. On the very first day I lost almost */* th amount when I opened transactions as per their guidance. They gave excuses of market being volatile. With next few transaction we managed to get */** th amount recovery. Then came a shock in November when I saw someone handling my account and closed one position at *** negative balance. I requested them on mail many times to check who is handling my account without my knowledge. Their response was to hold on till technical team resolves issues. I requested for withdrawal of some amount (as they did not allow all withdrawal) which was approved but I never received any amount in my account. I enquired many times referring to withdrawal approval mail but have no response. Again in middle of December remaining fund from my account was transferred somewhere and I am left with zero balance. All my hard earned money is gone. I have made multiple written complaints but have not received response. Please help to get my entire deposit as well as compensation for all the trauma which I am going through.
