Too much time waste /harassment/unnecessary headache/trouble given to customer By Myntra staff (staff code- VT**** name- Nazneen) Issue was : I created a return for the same as required size wasn’t available. Return was picked up by pick up boy named Mehboob Rahman and later was updated as “ quality check failed , reason mentioned on app as tag issues”. When I asked reason from the pick up team, they replied, detached tag isn’t accepted by Myntra. Customer didn’t detach the tag, it came like that from the brand(TRIDENT), It’s not my fault if MYNTRA sent such tag. Picture of the same will be attached. Their rubbish started from here but didn’t end here. I complained to customer call on call twice about the same, my complaint wasn’t taken, THEY WERE NOT READY EVEN TO LISTEN TO MY ISSUE and they told me to wait *-* days. Next update from Myntra staff Nazneen (staff code- VT****) “ However, post reviewing the case I regret to inform you that the product has failed the quality check at our return’s desk as we are unable to accept the product without price tags.” MYNTRA declined my return request updating wrong information . What without price tag? When I sent price tag to them, why they updated WITHOUT PRICE TAG as a reason to decline the return. Now height of harassment. What rubbish is this? I complained again on call. I mailed them * times with required pictures(tag pictures, product was picked up with. Tag proof pictures ) but these stupid customer care staffs dont even understand the issue. They are acting like illeterate/underqualified, can’t even read or check the tag pictures I sent and telling me product was without tag. I sent it with the original brand tag with which it came. My question to Myntra. *. why do they sell products with the kind of tags which doesn’t meet your own company’s return policies?( These kind of issues isn’t coming up once. It’s happening again and again. Another example- next brand euro tags were not accepted by pickup team as they wanted INR tags) If brand send these tags, customer isn’t responsible or shouldn’t be harassed for the same. *. Why does Myntra keep such fraudulent stupid staffs, who lie, update wrong information and harass loyal customers. How can they lie that customer doesn’t have tag and update the same and decline my return ? What rubbish is this? Note that I have proof that the product was picked up by Mehboob Rahman with the brand provided tag. I have screenshots of a chat between Mehboob Rahman (forwarded to me by Mehboob himself) and his pickup team members which I will attach here to prove the same. Myntra should fire such staffs who harass customers providing wrong information rather than supporting them and harassing genuine customers. I can’t trust Myntra for future orders anymore for this issue so I cancelled all current orders. I used to be a loyal customer and If Myntra cares about its customers, I demand Myntra to take strict action against these staffs who harass customer unnecessarily. These people from pick up team are harassing genuine customers misusing the rules created for customer’s ease. The pick up team have been mentally harassing me over last two months creating different issues willingly or unwillingly with my return and exchange orders. If they continue like this, no one will want to order from Myntra going through all these. I request Myntra to take strict action so same case isn’t repeated in future and that the return and exchange process is hassle free to customers.
