I purchased jio hotspot on *th august n received product not working n returned on **th August and I have asked for replacement I got replacement on *th September when I checked there is no sealed box as I got it on first order.product is used one. There is scratches n it’s not working again.
When I called customer care they are sayin I have asked for * nd hand product am I fool to ask for second hand product n pay for fresh product. They are fooling customers for sure.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
