Dear Zara Customer Service,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with a recent purchase. On **/**/****, I bought a pair of formal pants from your store, receipt number ******/******. However, upon closer inspection, I discovered a defect with the pants.
The defect in question is [Bubuals in back said]. This defect renders the pants unsuitable for their intended purpose and greatly diminishes their quality. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed with the product I received.
I have not attempted to resolve this issue yet, as I wanted to bring it to your attention first. I trust that Zara takes pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction and will take appropriate measures to remedy this situation.
Looking forward to a prompt resolution, I kindly request a replacement pair of formal pants without any defects. Your swift action in this matter will be highly appreciated.
