- Forcing to pay an extra emi Open

I bought a mobile on emi with home credit and all my emi was on time except last one,it was delayed *days due to some technical error in payment process and for that delay they charged me an extra emi of ****rs. And the worst part is their call center,(highly uneducated and ill mannered) ,they started calling almost every hour on daily basis and actually misbehaved using abusive words and this thing is still continue . whenever I asked them for any explanation regarding an extra emi they have no answers but still they force me to pay my emi due to all this thing my civil is highly affected. So kindly look into the matter in give me some solution for this.
