Home Credit India - Calls and My Cibil score reduced due to showing balance of loan eveni paid

In **** i brought mobile from the emi option of home credit i paid all emi dues atlest only * of the payment were pending due to corona lockdown after lockdown they made a call to me to pay the * due amounts with penalty of ***** but i told due to corona only i can't pay so i will pay only * due payments and bank cheque bounce charges of ****/- finally they accepted and said after payment they settle my loan but after payment the customer care was not worked my cibil also got down due to that i didn't get any emergency loans also i got so many pending messages towards lo loan repayment sometimes critical action notices from last * months they are calling to me i explained the issue but they are not responding again sending the loan repayment messages...Please solve my issue and close my loan it helps to increase my cibil i hope in soon my problem get solved...Thank you
