- Forced purchase and no service/return facilitaet ^Open

After reading good reviews, I ordered an Octaair Digital Antenna from www.smarttv***.com on Jan **, ****. The deal price mentioned was Rs ****/- and the computer screen mentioned a **% special discount.I chose to pay, but the final price was known only after deduction. I received sms from bank that Rs ****.**/- has been debited.
I was surprised and immediately asked the Co. to cancel the order and provide with the refund. The Co. ignored my request and said the refund cannot be made at that juncture of time. The order was confirmed from their end. I told them how can they confirm it when I'm declining to buy?
They said once the product gets shipped, it cannot be stopped. I told that my product has not shipped yet, so it can be cancelled. They disconnected the chat. As such I requested the icici bank to reverse the payment that was made ** minutes ago. The bank official said that payment made with debit card cannot be reversed/ stopped. As such I only need to talk to Co.
The shipment finally arrived yesterday (Feb **), and product is not working. I verified for Octaair India customer service number/ email-id, but there is none. (Though the webpage opens for Octaair India). I've sent the request for return /Refund of the 'Not working' product many times, but there is no hear back in this concern.
The Company seem play fraudulent practices and I've no clue on how to tackle such miscreants.
