Order for * set of octa air but got cheated, payment debited for * sets, when requested for refund, gave wage excuses and said not possible to refund ***%.
Requested not interested in product anymore, refund entire amount, immediately they shipped and after this now saying that ship the product back on your own cost once you receive the same and we will debit **% as restocking fees as well. Total unethical bussiness merchant, guys be aware. Can you help here to get my money back ?
