Maine ek broadband connection liya tha bsnl ka no. tha ***** ****** ** august **** me. Mera connection band karwa diya aur mny complete payment **** Rs kr diya tha. Iska time hota hai * months only refund ka. But koi bhi response nhi hai. Bsnl exchange ki taraf se aaj tak mujhe security refund nhi hui hai.
