Hyundai Venue - For getting same issue repeatedly with gear rod

I have brought a vehicle (HYUNDAI VENUE IMT )in August ****.My issue is with gear rod which gets stuck while driving and it doesnt move.i had this problem in november ****.It has been resolved by company by replacing accuator plates then.But the same problem is repeated now after one year i.e November **** .Now the issue is they are saying accuator plates will be replaced again.Iam asking why that accuator plates are getting damaged .How can i change them every one year (it costs ***** rs).i want the company to adress why accuator plates are getting damaged every year.This is the new version of hyundai they have released .i want to ask the company whether they have completed adequate road tests before releasing the vehicle.I cant keep paying * lakh every year for the same issue.
