Hyundai Venue - Complaint Regarding Improper Service and Poor Customer Response

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at one of your top authorized service centers HMP Ekkattuthangal.

At the very initial stage of owning my Hyundai Venue (****), I observed vibrations in my vehicle from the front engine area to the steering wheel at speed of **kmph and above. When I raised this complaint during the **,*** km service, the issue was not resolved.

Later, during the **,*** km service, the service engineer made several attempts to solve the issue, and it was finally resolved. However, when I asked for an explanation regarding the cause of the vibrations, I wasn’t a clear answer. Despite this, I was relieved that the issue was fixed at that time.

Unfortunately, after the **,*** km service, the same issue reoccurred. It's a complete dissatisfaction of driving the vehicle above ** kmph. Despite repeatedly complaining to the service engineer, I have not received any proper feedback or resolution.

Moreover, when I attempted to resolve these issues by contacting your customer service team, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. This has only added to my frustration and disappointment.

As a loyal Hyundai customer, I am deeply concerned about this experience. I chose Hyundai for its reputation for quality and excellent customer service. I have personally referred my family and friends to buy Hyundai Cars. Some of my friends have bought Hyundai Creta, Venue, i**. But this recent encounter has made me reconsider my choice because of the Hyundai customer service quality and lack of response.

I kindly request that this matter be addressed promptly and that I receive a satisfactory resolution. I am looking forward to your swift response and hope to restore my confidence in Hyundai's commitment to its customers.
