Uber Eats India - Food not delivered evenafter 2 hours of order

I've placed an order at around **:** PM. It said, latest arrival by **:** - I understand this is not a guarantee, but, that will give me an impression that, food will be delivered at the latest by *PM. But, its now *:** PM and the delivery agent has not gone to pick the order. When contacted with the customer care, the lady informed that the delivery agent has already reached hotel and waiting for the parcel. But, on the app, it is being shown as far away from the restaurant. When I asked her to check how long it takes, she comes back saying the hotel confirmed that food is ready but the delivery agent is not reachable! which means, what was told initially was a damn lie! This kind of cheating behavior is not acceptable. I had to stay hungry all this time without knowing if it would be delivered. Have meetings and will not be able to go out and have lunch. This is ridiculous.
