Dear sir,
Due respect i shalu singh is using zomato for years and then has faced small issues regarding delivery and those issues were solved but few months back i raised a issue of my order not being delivered yet i was shown in my app that it is delivered and although i was waiting downstairs to get my order and the delivery boy did a fraud by saying that the order got misplaced so he has to connect to his concern team and i’ll get a refund but later on when I repeatedly texted and called zomato customer care they denied to help me out its been months i have been ordering and has never expected zomato will do frauds this way through their delivery agents unfortunately if I don’t get any help or refund here i would go To consumer court for justice . And yes I ordered food to consume bot just to stand there and call delivery boy for my order overall he kept on rejecting my calls
