Wrong order brought by a delivery guy and when I ask him to get me the correct order than he denied and called customer care people. Customer care guy asked me to accept the wrong order or else you will be charged. When I denied from accepting wrong order then they cancelled my order from their end and I was charged by Rs. ****. **. When I called customer care on no ****** ***** then they said your amount will not refund. My order never delivered to me and they eat my hard earn money. Customer care people are not trained and do corporate gundagardi with customers. Please help me to resolve the issue.
