- Flipkart not refunding my money Closed

I have placed an order through flipkart on ** th october **** the amount was ***** and the very next day due to some crisis in my family i have cancelled the order and i had made the payment through sbi debit card. after cancellation which was on **th october **** and i got a message from flipkart that your amount seller has refunded already and will be credited back to your account within ** rd october but i have not received a single penny also from flipkart when i called them they are giving me some payment reference id and refund id and telling me that we have already refunded your money and please contact your bank customer care with the details provided to you but when i am asking my to check with credentials provided by flipkart they means sbi is asking me to provide ARN number not those and flipkart does not have the ARN number. I am going through tough financial problems if flipkart is doing like that where will i go what will i do please look in to this matter as being a citizen of INDIA the way flipkart is misleading people is not good
