Flipkart - flipkart not provide discount as per offer service delay

i purchased VU Led from flipkart on **.**.**** that time offer provided by flipkart if you spend *** super coin you got **** Rs instant discount.
after order i got **** rs discount, when i call flipkart customer care they told me after delivery of product you will got remaining **** rs.
and i raised complain on **.**.**** but still they not provide another **** after ** days of complaint many times i send email/ tweeter/and called more than ** times they only told me for wait and on daily basis i waste my **-** minute on that issue,, mental harassed..
