I had purchased extended warranty from Flipkart for * additional years when buying the AC. Since the last * months there was an error in AC which the Jeeves technician wasn't able to detect or fix. Eventually, Flipkart decided that the product will be returned and refund was accepted. I had told them that I don't want return, fix the problem or replace the AC. But they said seller cannot do it so return was accepted. Eventually they told me to go for uninstallation on **th may and in * days refund will be done. However, since then it's been a month and they are not picking up the product or refunding however their app shows return started and refund accepted. They have just been playing with me for a month without any help. I have called them hundreds of time and they keep extending the deadline. Now they extended the deadline for pickup to **th July. So a month wasn't enough that they now require an additional ** days. I am fed up with them and need help.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
