- Flipkart is not delivering my order not it is cancellling it Closed

I have placed an order in flipkart on *th august and it was supposed to be delivered on **th august but since then they are just making fool of me by moving the product from gurgaon to ghaziabad to gurgaon and on ** they have updated that the item is recieved at nearest hub then again they are updating that it is dispatched from the hub and in **th me tionibg it is recieved at same hub again. When i tell them to either cancel it or make me talk to their higher authority they are bot doing it. I know the amount is less rs *** but the mental harrassme t that they are doing is unacceptable.
Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
