Imran Khan filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 20, 2024
I have ordered Cambio by Avon cycles Denver **.*T model on **th October ****. But Flipkart has camcelled my order on **th October **** without my consent. When I ask for help, I get chance to only connect with Flipkart Bot. There reason for cancellation is mentioned as below.
“Due to unexpected issue at our end, we had to cancel your order on **th October. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.” If there is product out of stock issue. They should have not took my order in first place. Atleast they should have mentioned on the same day or atleast the next day. But they took * days to tell this reason. If it is any other reason, I could have waited for some more days also for my delivery. But without my consent they cancelled my order and I cannot purchase the item now as offer period is over.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
