I placed an order for a Fridge on **th May as soon as the Shopping Days started on Flipkart for Samsung ***L fridge which reached me on **th May at * pm. It was damaged badly with dents. The delivery guy assured me that a new fridge will be sent to you tomorrow. I also called the Flipkart customer service team at * pm and they assured me that a new fridge will be sent the next day. At ** pm on **th May, I got a message about a refund that has been initiated by the seller since they cannot send a replacement.
I called the Customer Service again and here starts the harassment -
Level * Person - No help, no answer, ** minutes.
Level * Person - No help, no answer, ** minutes.
Level * Person - While speaking to me disconnected the call midway when he had no answer.
All I asked the team was the same seller - Omnitech is selling a fridge on Flipkart but is not ready to give a replacement since now he is selling for **,*** Rs. more. If he has more pieces to sell why can't they first send me a replacement. This is a shame put damaged products on the big sale day and then harass the consumer for * hours without giving a resolution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
