There was mismatch of serial no on invoice and the product by Flipkart due to which I was unable to claim accidental damage protection which I took from One Assist. I complained to flipkart on **nd April , **** and after ** days, on *th may, **** , I got an email stating that I have to get it repaired by my own and the repairing cost will be reimbursed. I have sent the invoice of repairing also. But I didn’t get the refund from Flipkart.
Even after getting the product repaired and sending the repair invoice on *th of May , **** , Still I have not got the refund .
I have been harassed by your customer team from last ** days .
