Flipkart Travels - Flipkart Awaiting Refund from last one year for a canceled flight booking

Alok Saxena filed complaint against Flipkart Travels on Feb 1, 2021

My request for cancellation of flight booking with Booking ID FF************* which was placed on Nov **, ****, was approved after a period of more than one year on Dec **, ****. Even after taking a noticeable period for cancellation, now a refund of ₹*****.* is still held up by Flipkart.

In this regard, Customer care was contacted several times, and they were found to be clueless about non-refund which creates doubt on Flipkart's sincerity for refund.

It is requested to escalate the issue to the higher-ups for early resolution of the issue.
