I had booked a flight with Booking Id FF************* and refund was initiated by flipkart travel on **th Feb ****. But after ** days of refund initiation amount is still not getting reflected in my account. I tried calling customer support many times and the said that refund from their side is completed and concerned team will contact me but no-one has contacted me in this scenario.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
