Flipkart has blocked my account citing the following reason:- "We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account." FYI, I have around ***** R s as Flipkart Gift card balance in my account and they have blocked that too.
I would like to tell you that I have been a Flipkart customer since the time Flipkart began its operations in India. And till date, I might have ordered more than *** products. Even in the last few months since March, I have placed at least ** orders from Flipkart for ***'s of items (including Grocery orders). Recently, some of the items i ordered were different from what i ordered and hence i raised the return request for those products. Those items were:-*) Elica patio Gas stove*) Prestige CookerOne of the items I ordered had some fitting problems and I had to return it(completely inline with Flipkart return policy). That item was :- *) Dorothy Perkins Women Dress. Btw, The return pickup for this item is still pendingI returned *) Loreal Shampoo, because packaging was temperedSo, these are the only * items for which I created a return request and out of them only * were returned in the last * months. This is out of ***+ products I ordered from Flipkart in the last * months. So, if I am mathematically correct, it is less than *% of the returns.
Now, i want you to explain to me how *% is unusually high no. of returns? And it will be almost the same % if you calculate my returns from the complete order history. Well, I have an answer for this and the issue here is your system. Your faulty system my return request for " Elica patio Gas stove" atleast * times and for "Dorothy Perkins Women Dress" atleast * times. And i had to create new return request for it everytime. So, you have counted each request triggered as a new request, although out of those ** triggers, only once the product is returned and that too because you send me the different model from what i ordered.
You haven't counted the lakhs of the products I ordered from flipkart including Ac's , Laptops, Watches, mobiles, etc but you have counted these * returns. I am not sure but i might have ordered more than ** lakh rupees of items from my this Flipkart account over the years.
Now, coming to the point, I have around ***** Rs added in my flipkart through redemption of Gift Card balance. You simply blocked my account , but what about those ***** Rs balance. It is mine money and you have to return it to me legally. But, now intead of that *****, I demand * times of that money due to the mental torture you have caused me. I want my ***** Rs back as well as *x***** = ****** Rs as compensation for the trouble and time waste you have caused me.
I have already raised objections to it through email, customer care as well as on twitter. But they always reply with the same response as mentioned above. When I further raised this concern on twitter, they stopped replying to me. Now, I will follow it legally through the Consumer forum and want the compensation for the same.
