During big billion days sale on flipkart i have ordered * mobile. I have ordered prepaid delivery through my credit card. And get cash back as per flipkart scheme with c. Card partners.
Now they block my account and didn't send invoice /bill of above said products. And didn't reply on emails which is sending my me (* times) even customer care person didn't respond.
I didn't want to continue my flipkart account. But send me bill of those products which was i purchased from flipkart.

And they told that you misused out tocken scheme.
