Dear sir /mam
My name is RAJENDRA PILLUTLA
I have not cleared flight refund problem since last few months pls hope you will clear my problem.
I have booked ticket from Happy Easy on *nd May **** for Air India Flight from Delhi to Vijayawada.
Airlines cancel flight due to covid.But so far I have not received the refund.
I talked to Happy Easy Go and got fed up with what they said I didn't try.
I spoke to Air India, the main airline I travel with and they told me through mail that we have already refunded Happy Easy Go You talk to Happy Easy Go.
No matter how many times I have spoken to Happy Easy Go, the refund problem has not been cleared.
In happy easy go policy they say wait ninety working days your problem will be cleared It has been five months since I made the request.But my refund problem is not cleared Happy easy go customer care call no reply.
Please sir kindly clear my refund problem.
