Hi Team,
This is to inform you that I had booked my travel tickets with Happy Easy Go on *rd Dec'** for my travel schedule in Jan'** from Mangalore to Hyderabad & from Hyderabad to Port Blair (details attached). However, as there were changes in my circumstances, I had cancelled the tickets on *th Dec'** and had immediately raised a request for refund on their portal. Had initiated a mail too. Even after several follow-ups and reminders they have not acknowledged my mails or have responded to my queries. Also, as confirmed by Indigo the amount was refunded to Happy Easy Go immediately after cancellation of the tickets. The total amount is INR**,***/- inclusive of taxes. It's been more than four months but there has been no revert from their end. Please help!
