Mehdi Nasiri filed complaint against Indigo on Mar 17, 2023
Dear Sir/Madam,
I had a flight to catch with Indigo from Mumbai to Leh via Delhi which was at *:**am on *th March **, Reached Airport way on time i.e * hours prior, at baggage counter when i showed boarding Pass they scanned and said there is already someone boarded for this flight and then made me Run pillar to post by Indigo Airline ground staff and no one from Indigo tried to resolve for nearly ** mins
When finally i started to show my frustration to Indigo ground staff they apologized and said there might be some error and asked me to proceed towards security check with all baggage including check in bag and hand bag, again at security they took more than ** mins stating i cannot carry Big check in bag in hand and this needs to go at Check in only, finally they agreed to let me take the bag along when after multiple request someone from Indigo came and explained the scenario to security. By the time I proceeded towards the boarding gate I was told we were already late and gates were closed, we missed the Flight. Due to issues of Indigo i missed my flight and instead of compensating me with alternate flight towards my destination by Indigo they demanded *****/- for new ticket booking EVEN though i missed flight because of Indigo.
There was NO help or support from Indigo Airlines at all, I lost my Money and missed My Flight. Mumbai Airport has CCTV cameras all around which can be used to cross verify my points please.
Indigo Airlines is constantly lying that i arrived late even though i have clearly informed them in my email that i did reach on time.
Please help me get my money back.
