I travelled from Don Mueang (DMK) To Kolkata T* on flight FD *** today, due to technical reasons this flight got delayed by * hrs and I had to catch a domestic flight Kolkata to Bombay (indigo *E-****) which I got missed because of this delay. I had a talk with cabin crew they told me talk to ground staff, they will help you but ground staff is not ready to help in anyway other then saying log an online complain. We can't help you on this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
