I booked a round trip through flipkart travels. In airAsia but the return flight cancelled by airline due to sone technical reason and the have given me the mail stating that they will provide the full refund. And I contacted with flipkart about this and they asked me about the proof of full refund. This has been more than * months and I haven't gotten my money back. Then they asked me to share the proof of refund which airline provided that also I shared with them. But still they are delaying and telling it's non refundable mentioned in remark so u have to wait
