Tata Sky - few channels not showing

I am using tatasky in since * years, recently i modified to tatasky HD set top box in Nov. **** and exactally after * year * month of my purchase( i e December ****) i am faced some technical issues , when i call customer care they told their executive will come to resolve the issues and will charge Rs. ***, i denied to pay and checked with settings and solved the issue by my self, it was just a simple setting change made by company to make money.
Now today at last week of December **** i am facing some other technical issues like i am now able to view few channels which i already have subscribed, while logging complain again this tatasky guys asking money for technical support. they willingly do some changes from there end demands money for resolving the issues from customers.
