Hi Team,
I purchased a Whirlpool fully automatic washing machine on **th Oct ****. Below are the model details:
WHIRLPOOL WM *** BLOOM WASH PRO INV H** GRAPHITE (** kg) (invoice attached)
Demo date/Installation: *st Nov
Since then the machine is not working properly. Even if I select any Program, the machine stops and shows * min on the timer display. Every time, I try changing the mode and starting it again but it gets stuck every time. I raised a complaint and the same was attended on **th Dec (service request/job sheet attached). The technician (Mr Bobby) tried correcting it by resetting everything and also greased the breaks. This did not help as still machine is stopping at * min and now also is making a lot of noise. Hardly one month of purchase and what we see is a faulty machine. The technician visited us against (*nd visit) on **th Dec and confirmed that it is a faulty product.
First of all, Is this the kind of quality that customers should expect from a big name like Whirlpool?
Secondly, I have been following up with the customer care since Dec and was assured proper solution. Rounds and rounds of emails and what Whirlpool is suggesting is repair/replacement of machine part.
I am not at all ready for any repair/replacement of the product part. My humble request to either proceed with the refund of my entire amount and take away this crap or get it replaced by a better model.
No response received since **th Dec.
