Sandeep Aggarwal filed complaint against Kent Ro Water Purifier on May 9, 2024
The Kent RO engineer visited on ** Apr **** for routine service. Soon, we realised the RO had started rejecting excess water from the outlet pipe. We again called the technician on * May ****. He claimed to fix it but when we observed for another day, it was found that the problem was not fixed. I again called the Kent RO and asked to send a different engineer this time. The engineer told me that filters and membranes have choked and need to be replaced which will cost more than **** Rupees. But I replaced these filters and membranes * months before and was not facing any issues until ** Apr ****. The Kent RO Engineer is responsible for damaging my machine but now the company is not fixing my machine.
I have been getting my RO service done regularly every * months since I replaced the filters but suddenly the machine is damaged because of the faulty service by the engineer.
