OLA ELECTRIC - Faulty Scooter service deficiency

i buy ola scooter which delivered on ** september during this * year time spain scooter breakdown mutliple time and always ola take extra time to give service.
Its have full of bug every week small problem occurs . like - rebooting , display blank, touch not working, boot not locked or unlocking etc I not calculating this problem ( I only talk about major breakdown when vechile is turn off or not drivaeble have to tow )
*st time its breakdown within * month of delivery while I am driving the scooter suddenly scooter issue appear and I meet to accident because scooter stop running and that time I ask ola for scooter data of that time what happen which scooter at the time of accident but ola didn’t provide and ola service team take more than * month to fix the vechile
And then ** days later again scooter issue appear and mode not working and while running sudddenly change to park mode and this also take more than ** days
And then once day scooter not turning on button not working charging not show I have tow the scooter and delivered to service centre and few days latter they give back scooter and say its software issue ( we cant realy on there hardware and software both are suddenly stop we don’t know*
And now recent again on ** august scooter issue appear we tow scooter to service centre they take more than * weeks to give back scooter and after just * days again scoote stop working in middle of road again I tow and delivered to service cente on ** september and today ** september till now they not check exact reason and not give date of delivery .

Conclussion - ola ectric give us faulty product which have some defect while running scooter issue occurs and its dangerous.
And the service aspect of ola electric is not up to mark here need alot of improvement we have to wait for weeks for small isuues also, they have more than ***-*** vechile in service centre to repair and then ours that why they not give scooter back on time.
Scooter not a entertaainment device it’s a use for perform day to day task when vechile is not working the perosnal/working task also hammpers ola should listen customers
