Whirlpool India - Faulty Product

Hi This product is delivered on **th of July, installation scheduled on **, Whirlpool send an unauthorized engineer the don't have ID, After that they connect Refrigerator with power and tell wait for * * hours, after that the left the job, After * * hour Refrigerator not cooled, next day we called to customer care, the send an engineer, they also don't have ID, Then My mother says only you don't have ID, the engineer got angry (Say ab me nahi Tauranga, jab mood hoga aaunga), We call Whirlpool Customercare * * time the said will resolve with in * hour but the send engineer after * days, then engineer say compressure is faulty, some wiring issue, We want to say please help us to refund the amount or replace the Refrigerator with other brand, because we don't happy with the whirlpool customer service .
