Complaint filed against: Philips Electronics Ltd
Bought Philips Smart TV on 07-07-2017. Installed on 10-07-2017. After two days it's picture was gone and started creating problem. I have raised the issue with different officials of company but till time issue has not been resolved. First they said TV will be replaced then said no it will be repaired. Then again said it will be replaced. Now after one and half month they are saying replacement is not possible. I am suffering mental agony and trauma due to their lackluster approach. Please assist in getting the matter resolved.
