- Faulty product not replaced under warranty Open
The left earbud seems to drain the battery in a very short period of time, even when the right earbud is working perfectly. While the earbuds are in use, the left earbud starts announcing 'battery low' and then drops dead. This issue occurs even after I use them for the first time after charging.
I filled the warranty claim form and sent the earbuds to the company via courier, to Delhi and a few days later when I e-mailed them to follow up on the matter, they simply replied to it saying, 'the earbuds have been tested under standard observation process and we have found it is working fine.
Therefore, we regret to inform you that the warranty claim of your product cannot be process in this case. Hence, weve dispatched your product back to your shipping address.'
I received the product and the issue is still persistent.
