I placed a order on skullcandy india (Brandeyes Distributors Pvt. Ltd.)
(Order No. ******** ) (AWB No. PD******* )
website for Skullcandy Crusher Evo headphones on **th June ****, which haven’t been delivered yet (as on **/**/****).
Amount paid ₹**,*** (Prepaid) It was supposed to be delivered within *-* working days. I have sent them multiple emails and tried requesting them on calls to deliver my order but I haven’t received any positive response from them. When I talked to the delivery company (Pikndel) they told me that they are not able to track my parcel and they have reported the same to the seller and I’ll get refund or replacement. I discussed the same with Brandeyes, they told me that they haven’t received any such information. I don’t know what’s the real situation here but it’s been more than ** days and I haven’t received any information regarding my order. I request Voxya to please help me out in this. I’m tired of sending mails, placing phonecalls to them.
